AlphaXstat currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days after your order is shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at team@alphaXstat.com.

5. Delivery Method

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Deliveries are made to your provided address within the United States.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• We currently do not ship outside the United States.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
